Domain Registration and Management

- All charges include registration or renewal (as applicable) and maintenance.
- Any changes to these charges will be made to this web page, and will be quoted when your domain is up for renewal.
- If you need any changes (eg DNS changes, changes to contact details etc) to be made to a domain that we host, please contact us with the details and we will make these changes for you. There will be no additional fee for this service. Changes should be completed within 48 hours. We will notify you once changes are complete.
- You will be emailed using the email address that you provide to us initially when your domain is due to expire imminently with a reminder to this effect, and details of any charges that will be incurred by renewing. It is your responsibility to tell us if your email address changes. You may lose your domain if we are unable to contact you via email.
- If you have any complaints about our service, please contact us.
- n.b. When you register a .uk domain name you are also entering into a contract with Nominet and you agree to their terms and conditions. This is a separate contract to any you may have with us for the provision of Internet services. Please read before requesting a domain registration.
