Raising an Invoice

Raising an invoice is as easy as picking a customer and a type. It can be a repeating subscription, an ad-hoc invoice for services already provided or a Sales Enquiry or Quote to be signed off.

Add Item

Adding an item to an invoice is as simple is filling in boxes for description, price, quantity and mark up.

Edit Item

Editing can be done at any point until the Sales Enquiry is approved by a manager.

Markup Notes

Notes can be placed on any items for the benefit of the next person in the process.
