Camphill Ltd, established in 1996 as an outdoor adventure and country pursuits centre, has rapidly grown to become the UK's leading single site provider of experiential team related programs and corporate away days. They provide initiatives for many UK PLC's, government departments and private entities. Camphill customers are offered an outstanding venue, unique and sector leading activities and access to the latest equipment. Camphill required a website that would sell its services to visitors, was easy to navigate both through menus and site searches and could allow customers to get in contact with them.
Our solution has been to create a website with features tailored to meet Camphill's needs and suit their unique style. The site was split into themed hubs each with its own sub panel menu for easy navigation and flash animation to visually explain where in the site a visitor is. We tailored our 3aSiteSearch module to fit the website's own unique style and allow visitors to quickly find whatever they need to know. The quick enquiry button leads visitors to our 3aFormFiller module; this has been specially designed to function efficiently for Camphill's needs. Visitors can pick from four different categories of enquiry which, once submitted, are written straight to a database and notification emailed to the appropriate department, enabling Camphill to deal with enquiries in an ultra efficient manner.
The Camp Hill front page features a custom designed flash animation, a site highlights sidebar, a quick enquiry button with drop-down options, writing direct to the database with email notification directed to the appropriate department, site search and full navigation.
Each hub carries its own flash animations. A sub-navigation panel on the right illuminates the route through the sales process and minimum click architecture gives a no-hassle user experience.
The 3a-SiteSearch module - tailored to the site style - provides a rapid, intelligent search function. Also available from 3a is a document catalogue, search and retrieval module.
In terms of styling, forms are usually a website letdown. However with the 3a-FormFiller module we can design forms that fit your corporate ID, email you with any new input and post information straight to a database for reference or statistical analysis.
