Touch

Touch were established in the belief there is was gap in the onsite maintenance market looking to provide a fuller package, using their own skills and experience, to empathise with their customer's challenges and to be a trustworthy partner. Touch believe fully in deploying superior capabilities, not cheap resources. Touch required a site which would put across their company ethos and sell their services to potential customers. Their achievements needed to be shown, online services offered and getting in contact made simple.

As part of an on-going complete identity package we have designed a site tailored to meet Touch's needs and fit in with their own style. The site is easy to navigate and features eye-catching hexagonal site highlights, drawing visitors to pages of interest. Our news module, allowing remote plain text updating, has been tailored to fit Touch's site allowing them to inform visitors of their ongoing achievements. We adapted our 3a-'Meet The Team' module to introduce their staff to visitors, adding a personal element which enables Touch to build trust and familiarity with potential customers through their site. Client access to password protected sections is allowing Touch to build up an online business environment.
