Quick! It's on sale! Buy it fast! But wait... Is this deal as good as it seems? It's easy to get caught up in the moment and jump on a limited time offer, but it often pays to check whether the price really is better than it has been in the past (and therefore may well be again in the future). This month's HowTo shows you where to look to find out.

Step 1: Find the product you want to price check on Amazon. Once you're on the product page, copy the web address to your clipboard.

Step 2: Go to https://uk.camelcamelcamel.com/ and paste that web address into the search bar and hit the search button.

Step 3: You should now see a full price history for that product. In the example above, we can see the product has been almost £200 cheaper in the past on a few occasions. As a rule, it's likely it will be again unless there's a supply issue or the product becomes discontinued. There is an option here to get the site to email you when the product hits a certain price in the future.
